MAYFLOWER ROAD | St. Albans

A contemporary interior design concept for a residential family home located in St. Albans, Hertfordshire. The client desired a home refurbishment that commemorated their unique art collection throughout each space - the open plan living and dining area and bedroom. Key highlights of the design, include a vibrant colour palette of mustard yellow, emerald green, ink navy and pastel grey. Soft furnishings are boastful of eclectic prints and contrast - from the monochrome geometric rugs to the symbolic cushions. The light sources are metallic and minimalist, from pelmet ceiling lights, low hanging round glass over the kitchen worktop, to spotlight floor lamps and geometric shaped light design. Wooden floors are reimagined with a stained white finish to balance the brightness and colourful artworks on the walls.
